Please note that the AGM of the Royal Alfred Yacht Club will be held in the Royal St George Yacht Club (by kind permission) on Friday 26th March 2010 at 19:00 hrs sharp.

| Bloomsday Regatta 19 June 2010
The Alfred will be running the Bloomsday open regatta on June 19th this year as part of the Dun Laoghaire waterfront club regatta's. The first regatta will be the National Yacht Club regatta on May 29 followed in order by the Motor Yacht Club, Howth, Alfred, Irish & George Yacht Clubs. The Regatta will be similar format to the club regatta's with no requirement for Alfred membership.

White Mischief wins RAYC boat 2009
Tim Goodbody's White Mischief took the Dublin Port Boat of the Year honours at the RAYC Prizegiving Dinner. Goodbody's extraordinary record in the Simgma 33 class including a European Championship and eight of the last ten National Championships was recognisedby the Alfred. Paul Murphy was posthumousy awarded the John O'Leary Memorial trophy for his services to sailing. Ruth Murph accepted it on his behalf. (photo) Carol Beamish, Commodore Ailbe Millerick & Ruth Murphy.
